This is a bit isolated project in Nonthaburi, The actual skytrain station in front of the project is not in use. I find the units of poor quality and the overall management is mediocre. This project is good for people who work in Nonthaburi. The facilities are just typical and not impressive.

I bought a 2-bedroom unit in this condo almost a year ago. It's quite a spacious unit with plenty of living space. The proportions of the room are superb. It's fully furnished, ready to move in. It is an excellent choice for investing or for living. Besides, various facilities are available to residents, such as a pool, gym, garden, sauna rooms, meeting room, a relaxation area, etc. The project is very close to Tao Poon MRT and other public transportations. You can also find motorbike taxis and taxis in front of the project. It is a very great place!

This condo has great value for the price. All the basics that you would want, they have, gym, pool, 24 hour security, well staffed mail room, etc. You can get 3-4x the condo size in this building compared to newer buildings, and you get thicker sound proof walls and ceilings. Many foreigners have bought to renovate, so you can get great deals if you look hard.

The condo is in a great location where you can access many main roads, ideally near Phrom Phong BTS, Sukhumvit MRT, and Asoke BTS, to travel easily. There is The EmQuartier nearby within 20 minutes walk! You can explore food stores and go shopping. There are several schools and hospitals like Bangkok Prep International School, Ekkamai International School, Bangkok University, Samitivej Sukhumvit Hospital, and Rutnin Eye Hospital. Personally, I love this condo.

The location allows convenient transport for cars and public transportation. Room types range from 1 to 3 bedrooms with elegant and modern design. The facilities include a swimming pool, a fitness room, a sauna, and a playground. The price is reasonable without furniture. It is an outstanding condo for investment.
