1. General Information About the Platform

What is ChaseMyPlace?

ChaseMyPlace is a real estate platform that enables private and commercial users to create, search for, and find property listings. We offer additional services such as financing and relocation support. The platform is operated by ChaseMyPlace Kft., Korányi Sándor utca 4. 4. ajtó, 1089 Budapest, Hungary.

Who Can Use the Platform?

The platform is open to both consumers (private individuals) and commercial providers (e.g., real estate agents). Consumers are subject to our Consumer Terms, while commercial users are subject to our B2B Terms.

Do I Need to Register to Use the Platform?

You can browse property listings without registration. However, creating listings or communicating with providers requires a user account. Registration is free.

2. Property Listings

How Do I Create a Property Listing?

  • Register or log in.
  • Go to the “Create Listing” section and enter the required information (e.g., address, floor area, construction type, price).
  • Upload images or documents (e.g., floor plans).
  • Select a price plan (e.g., single listing or subscription) and publish your listing. Details are available in our Consumer Terms, Section 3.

Can I List Multiple Properties in One Listing?

No, each listing may contain only one property. Multiple entries in a single listing are prohibited under Consumer Terms, Section 3.2, and may result in the listing being deactivated.

How Long Does My Listing Remain Online?

Your listing remains online until you deactivate or delete it, or until your chosen price plan expires. You must deactivate listings immediately if the property is no longer available (e.g., sold, reserved).

Who Verifies the Accuracy of Listings?

Providers are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their listings. We moderate content using automated and manual checks to detect violations (see Consumer Terms, Section 3.6). However, we do not guarantee the accuracy of the information provided.

3. Costs and Payment

What Costs Are Involved?

Costs depend on the selected price plan (e.g., single listing, monthly subscription). An overview is available at www.chasemyplace.at/prices. All prices include the statutory value-added tax.

What Payment Methods Are Available?

We accept payments via credit card, SEPA direct debit, Sofortüberweisung, and other methods. Details are available in the Consumer Terms, Section 11.4.

What Happens in Case of Payment Delay?

In case of payment delay, we reserve the right to suspend our services until payment is received. Late payment fees and reminder costs may apply (see Consumer Terms, Section 11.5).

4. Right of Withdrawal and Termination

Can I Cancel a Contract?

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts (e.g., subscriptions). Details and a sample withdrawal form are available at www.chasemyplace.at/withdrawal. The right of withdrawal expires if you have expressly agreed that the service begins before the period ends and is fully provided.

How Do I Cancel My Subscription?

You can cancel your subscription in writing via email to [email protected] or by mail to ChaseMyPlace Kft., Korányi Sándor utca 4. 4. ajtó, 1089 Budapest, Hungary. Cancellation periods follow your price plan (see Consumer Terms, Section 12).

How Do I Delete My Account?

To delete your account, send a request to [email protected]. After deletion, your data will be irrevocably removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

How Does ChaseMyPlace Protect My Data?

What Cookies Does the Platform Use?

Consumers can use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. However, we are not obliged and not willing to participate in consumer arbitration proceedings.

8. Miscellaneous

Can I Forward Listings to Other Property Exchanges?

Yes, we can forward your listings to cooperating property exchanges free of charge, provided this is agreed upon (see Consumer Terms, Section 8.2).

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter by using the “Unsubscribe” link in the email or by contacting us at [email protected].
