Have you ever felt unsure when finding a real estate listing for sale or rent that matches your needs, but worried that the listing might be fake or a hidden scammer?
ChaseMyPlace therefore prioritizes credibility and tries to resolve everyone's concerns with the Listing Verification feature, allowing posters to choose to verify their identity and the property to confirm that the listing is real. This allows buyers and renters to trust the listing, while property owners do not have to keep answering questions.
Listing Verification is a new feature from ChaseMyPlace that helps confirm that the poster is the real owner and that the property in the listing actually exists. The poster can upload identity verification documents through the system for the team to check and receive a Verified symbol on the listing page free of charge.
The Verified tag will help increase confidence for buyers and renters that they won't be tricked into buying or renting properties that do not exist.
Submitting evidence for a Verified tag will help the listing stand out from general listings, increase the credibility of the real estate listing, and make those interested in buying or renting feel confident in choosing that property. This increases the chance of being contacted back by those looking to buy or rent and the chance of closing a sale.
The differences between a general listing and a verified listing include:
You can submit a verification request for credibility as follows:
Once you have selected the listing, click the Verify Listing Ownership tab. You will find fields to upload an ID card with the name specified and a Title Deed where the owner's name can be clearly seen.
After submitting documents, the system will show the status Verification Pending to wait for inspection, which will take no more than 48 hours.
If the documents are correct, the system will show the status Verified Owner, and there will be a green Verified symbol on the listing page. This completes the process.
In case of incorrect documents: In the event that documents are incorrect, the system will notify the reason and allow the poster to edit the documents to resubmit them to the system.
Listing Verification is a feature that increases property credibility on ChaseMyPlace, making everyone's listing stand out and be trustworthy with just a few simple steps. It helps build confidence for buyers and renters while also increasing the chance of closing sales and rentals faster.
