The poster can upload identity verification documents through the system for the team to check and receive a Verified symbol on the listing page free of charge.

The Verified tag will help increase confidence for buyers and renters that they won't be tricked into buying or renting properties that do not exist.

Why should Property Owners Verify Their Identity in the Listing?

Submitting evidence for a Verified tag will help the listing stand out from general listings, increase the credibility of the real estate listing, and make those interested in buying or renting feel confident in choosing that property. This increases the chance of being contacted back by those looking to buy or rent and the chance of closing a sale.
